Best Home Furnishings is seeking qualified individuals for Customer Service Representative position.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Summary: Ensure delivery of superior customer service through fast and accurate resolution of customer complaints, as well as ensuring that customer satisfaction is attained in resolving product and service-related issues.
Essential job functions include the following:
- Fields inbound customer support calls and assists customers as needed
- Deliver resolutions to customers’ needs in a timely and professional manner
- Receives orders for products and parts
- Maintains customer service files and miscellaneous record keeping
- Process parts orders, which include entering, running labels, record keeping, etc.
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve issues (Order Entry, Production Scheduling, Logistics, Credit, Billing, Costing, and Quality)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills
- Creative problem solving, negotiation, and motivational skills
- Ability to gain product knowledge in a timely fashion
- Attention to detail
- Ability to contribute to a team oriented environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve our processes
- Understanding of other areas of the business
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
Education or experience required: High school or equivalent
