HVAC Install Coordinator

Job Summary

The Install Coordinator will coordinate sales leads ensuring they turn into appointments with our Sales team.  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordination with multiple departments to ensure seamless installation.

• Contact the customers to schedule the installation.

• Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Debrief installers when job is completed. 

• Ensure all paperwork is properly completed. 

• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

• Work with the Installation Manager to ensure equipment and supplies are staged for the following day.

• Ensure job folders are ready for the next day’s installs and checklists are completed.

• Register and document new equipment in ServiceTitan. 

• Job Costing.  

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Ability to multitask.

• Experience with Google Sheets.

• Able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal peers and managers and external customers. 

• Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data.
