The Inventory Associate will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory used for our business operations, including materials, equipment, and supplies. Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory levels of equipment, materials, and supplies
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming items
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate data
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
• Coordinate with operations and project teams regarding inventory needs
• Prepare and distribute materials for internal use
• Identify discrepancies and report inventory issues
• Maintain organized storage areas
• Follow company procedures and operational guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous inventory or warehouse experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual

Pay: $21.90 - $22.60 per hour
