Grader1 – Best Brains Learning Center

Best Brains Learning Center is an after-school enrichment program designed to help students excel in Math, English, Coding, and General Knowledge. We provide a positive, structured learning environment where children gain confidence and skills to succeed academically.

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Graders to join our team. Graders play a key role in supporting our teachers by reviewing and checking student workbooks for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

This is a great opportunity for high school/college students, educators-in-training, or anyone who enjoys working in an academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately grade student assignments in Math and English using provided answer keys.
• Ensure grading is completed in a timely manner to support class flow.
• Assist teachers with organizing and recording student progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of student work and records.
• Provide light classroom support when needed (handing out books, organizing materials).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school/college (preferred).
• Strong academic skills in Math and English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Prior experience working with children or in an academic setting is a plus (but not required).

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position (evenings, depending on center schedule).
• Flexible hours.
• Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
