Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 12-volt specialist and mobile electronics installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of automotive electrical systems and aftermarket electronic components. Each day you will install products such as, Car Stereo's, Amplifiers, speakers, alarms and remote start, LED lighting and more
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair 12-volt systems such as audio/video entertainment, security alarms, remote starters, lighting, and other aftermarket electronic accessories.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to accurately wire components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose electrical issues using automotive diagnostic tools and resolve problems efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to complete installations and repairs with precision. Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including auto estimating documentation for parts and labor.
- Ensure all installations meet Best Auto Sounds & Security's High standards for quality and safety.
Requirements
- Proven service shop experience with automotive electrical systems and mobile electronics installation.
- Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and automotive diagnostics tools..
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
