Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of cooking techniques, particularly grilling. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items on the grill, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure timely meal preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Assist in catering events as required, ensuring all meals meet dietary specifications.
• Provide excellent food service by plating meals attractively and serving them promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred.
• Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with food service operations and food handling practices.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable.
• Solid knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques are essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices is crucial.
