Skill Level- Subject Matter Expert

Location – MD

This Systems Administrator would need to be an expert in Microsoft Identity Management to support ongoing operations and maintenance, as well as a proactive approach to access governance as the Sponsor prepares to modernize the IAM landscape and transition to a next-generation platform.

This position requires an FSP with a polygraph performed within the past six years. If your candidate does not meet the "six-year" requirement, they will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Demonstrates experience with MIM architecture and operations, to include the MIM Synchronization Service, Metaverse design, Connector Spaces, Management Agents (Mas), MIM Portal, and sync rules.
• Demonstrates experience performing routine OS patches and system upgrades.
• Demonstrates experience performing database and application patching.
• Demonstrates hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Microsoft Identity Manager Workflow Activity Library (MIMWAL)
• Demonstrates experience in Windows Server Infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Demonstrates experience providing Tier 2-3 support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve synchronization failures and user access issues escalated from the service desk.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for data validation.
• Demonstrates hands-on experience scripting SQL queries.
• Demonstrates hands-on experience using PowerShell
• Demonstrates experience with C# and the .NET framework to read, debug, and occasionally modify rule extensions.
• Demonstrates experience auditing, syncing, and cleaning identity data across disparate data tables to maintain data integrity, consistency, and flow.
• Demonstrates experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  
  

Desired Skills

• Demonstrates experience administering Microsoft Exchange Subscription Edition and deep familiarity with the Windows OS framework.
• Demonstrates experience with identity management tools such as MS Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), PowerSyncPro, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Demonstrates ability to wear multiple hats while investigating and resolving critical infrastructure issues across MIM and MS Exchange.
• Demonstrates experience with SQL, including advanced querying, optimization, and building databases.
• Demonstrates experience with the client.
