What You'll Do

- Perform customized Head Spa services
- Conduct thorough scalp consultations
- Recommend treatments and home care based on guest needs
- Deliver exceptional scalp massage and relaxation experiences
- Maintain a beautiful, organized treatment suite
- Build lasting guest relationships through education and hospitality
- Work closely with our salon team to provide an elevated luxury experience
Qualifications
Required
- California Cosmetology License
- 1 years providing Head Spa or luxury scalp treatment services.
- Excellent scalp massage skills
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Passion for guest care and continued education
Preferred
- Experience with scalp analysis
- Knowledge of scalp conditions and home care recommendations
- Experience with luxury spa services
- Retail recommendation experience
