ROLE 1 — In-House Service Technician | Kernersville, NC
This is a primarily office and warehouse-based role with travel as you develop in the position. You will be part of our technical support and logistics operation out of our Kernersville headquarters.
Responsibilities:
• Shipping, receiving, and warehouse management for parts, materials, and equipment
• Inventory tracking, inbound/outbound shipment monitoring, and accurate record-keeping
• Remote technical support to customers via phone and online connection
• Spare parts sales support and quotation assistance
• Coordination between internal departments and field technicians
• Administrative tasks including reports, correspondence, and expense documentation
• On-site customer travel as the role grows

ROLE 2 — Field Service Technician | Midwest, Texas, or Rust Belt (Preferred)
This is a field-based role with weekly travel nationwide. You will be the Bottero presence on the ground at customer facilities across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
• On-site installation, commissioning, and service of Bottero flat glass equipment at customer facilities
• Remote technical support and troubleshooting when not in the field
• Spare parts sales support and service quotations
• Customer relationship management and service reporting
• Participation in trade shows and company meetings
• International travel may be required for factory training in Italy

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR — BOTH ROLES
• Mechanical or electrical background — trade school, community college, or hands-on experience
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — Bottero machine experience is not required
• Coachable, reliable, and hardworking
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Valid U.S. driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States
• Passport or ability to obtain one (for field role)
• Willingness to travel weekly (field role) or as needed (in-house role)
