Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
• Mix and apply various concrete coatings, including polyurea, epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative finishes, following project specifications and schematics.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation, coating application, and finishing tasks efficiently.
• Perform surface repairs.
• Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on projects, restoration efforts, or new construction sites to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or concrete finishing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with power tools including grinders, and other construction equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for troubleshooting issues quickly on-site.
