Job Summary
- Support NAVELSG’s enterprise-wide Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP) and the Defense Property Accountability System – Warehouse Module (DPAS-WM).
- Play a critical role in maintaining accurate readiness visibility across Personnel, Equipment, and Supply resource areas while sustaining 100% audit-ready accountability for TOA equipment and assemblies.
- Collaborate with experts across logistics, maintenance, and warehousing to ensure accurate reporting aligned with DRRS, NECC, and NAVSUP requirements.
- Collect, validate, and enter readiness data into RCRP systems, TABLEAU dashboards, and associated reporting tools.
- Perform trend analysis for personnel, equipment, training, and supply readiness metrics, identifying readiness gaps and MET-based capability shortfalls.
- Maintain accurate TOA asset records in DPAS-WM/ELMS, ensuring correct configuration, location, serial-number tracking, and lifecycle data.
- Conduct recurring Floor-to-Book and Book-to-Floor audits, sustaining audit-ready inventory accuracy across 260 facilities and 450 assemblies.
- Support DRRS alignment, readiness metric validation, and data governance practices consistent with NAVELSG and NECC policies.
- Generate weekly and monthly readiness summaries for government review, supporting RCRP Monthly Status Reporting (MSR) requirements.
- Assist regiments and cargo handling battalions with data entry, correction, and quality assurance across RCRP and TABLEAU dashboards.
- Assign Local Stock Numbers (LSNs) for non-NSN assets and validate system linkages to APSRs such as OMMS-NG, JCM, and EXMIS.
- Upload ILO inventories, track Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings, and update cost/configuration data in DPAS-WM.
- Support analysis of inventory accuracy, loss prevention investigations, and readiness impacts tied to material condition.
- Develop and refine warehouse layout schemas, stow plans, and material-handling structures supporting TOA reconstitution.
- Collaborate with ILO/ILS staff, Warehouse Managers, and maintenance personnel to ensure alignment between equipment status and reported capability.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, ensuring compliance with NAVSUP, NECC, and DoD property accountability standards.

Required Skills & Certifications
- U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Associate’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent military logistics experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with readiness reporting, DoD APSRs (RCRP, DRRS, etc.), or DPAS-WM property accountability operations.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, TABLEAU, data normalization techniques, and analytic review of readiness metrics.
- Working knowledge of TOA structures, NAVELSG readiness frameworks, and the relationship between material condition and operational capability.
- Familiarity with NAVSUP logistics processes, MILSTRIP procedures, and supporting systems such as OMMS-NG, JCM, and MBPS.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- DPAS user certification or equivalent Navy property accountability credential.
- Experience supporting NECC, NAVELSG, or expeditionary logistics commands.
