We are looking for a talented, passion-driven Sales Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage guests, providing exceptional customer service with warmth and efficiency.
- Exceed guest expectations consistently, cultivating a reputation for exceptional service.
- Maintain attentiveness to guests’ needs throughout their visit, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Keep displays immaculate, merchandise stocked, signage visible, and products rotated regularly.
- Educate guests on our wide range of musical products confidently and informatively.
- Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude, promoting effective teamwork and respect.
- Foster positive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and management through respectful and open communication.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks in a sometimes pressurized environment.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the store environment.
- Possess general knowledge of Band & Orchestra instruments, assisting customers with expertise and insight.
Requirements:
- Passion for the music industry and a solid understanding of Band & Orchestra Instruments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, embracing challenges with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to follow-through and prioritization.
- Familiarity with general accounting and cash register operations.
- Availability for part-time work, approximately 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends.
- Ability to provide coverage at our Menifee store as needed
