Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibilities of Rehab Services Manager in her/his absence.
- Evaluate and treat outpatient population with a variety of physical disabilities and injuries
- Evaluate inpatient population appropriate for discharge
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretching, and modalities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
- Act as liaison with schools for clinical education programs.
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license
- Masters degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team oriented environment
- Compensation ranging $32-40 per hour based on experience
