An Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in translating Relias’ sales from Salesforce and other avenues into our Intacct ERP system for billing and revenue recognition. This role regularly interacts with numerous internal departments to ensure accuracy and transparency.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Provide the first level or second level of approval of B2B opportunities (new sales, add-ons, renewals, migrations, and decommissions) in Salesforce to ensure all relevant financial terms on the contract match the information in the quote
• Convert approved orders to invoices and set up revenue schedules in Intacct
• Process inter-term opportunities in Salesforce to ensure accurate service contract data and billing for the next year of contract
• Process ISRs and credit/rebills as assigned
• Invoice B2C orders that require invoicing (Academy and zNode)
• Prepare and upload inter-term invoice upload files
• Provide additional support to Accounts Receivable, Sales, Account Management, Legal, Accounting, and Support as necessary for escalated accounts
• Other duties as assigned
  

YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
• Time-Management - the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and allocate time to tasks, activities, and responsibilities optimizing productivity, and meeting and balancing competing demands in an efficient manner
• Adaptability – ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments
• Data-Literacy – ability to read, write and communicate data in context, including an understanding of data sources and constructs, analytical methods and techniques, and the ability to describe the use case, application and resulting value
Communication - encompasses the skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
