We’re looking for a Lamination Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll learn to support UV coating and lamination operations by assisting with machine setup, feeding materials, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn setup and operation of lamination and UV coating equipment (Royal Zenith, Steinman, Sakurai).
• Assist with preparing materials, coatings, and feedstock based on job specifications.
• Help feed sheets, stack finished products, and monitor quality throughout production.
• Support machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all safety requirements.
Preferred Requirements:
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Prior manufacturing or finishing experience preferred (not required).
Work Schedule:
• 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm
• 3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday - 10pm to 6pm
