Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborate with intake and legal teams to identify and collect documents that strengthen VA disability claims.
- Communicate with clients through phone, text, and email to obtain supporting statements and evidence.
- Manage a high-volume workload, collect documents by deadlines, and follow timelines closely.
- Follow SOPs precisely to ensure each step of the document collection process meets firm standards.
- Use critical thinking to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles in the document gathering process.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases to ensure full documentation for each client.
- Track and analyze your performance metrics to improve efficiency and meet collection goals.
Experience: Experience in customer service, document collection, or administrative support.
