What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and create a memorable dining experience.
- Guide guests through the menu by answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately enter orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently.
- Anticipate guests' needs and check in throughout their visit to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally by listening, involving a manager when appropriate, and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Work closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.
