  • Supervise and mentor C-SEED LifeWorks student employees, including a student consulting team that offers short-term, skill-based support to student entrepreneurs.
  • Serve as the fellowship liaison to the Sullivan Foundation, including mentoring Sullivan Fellows and supporting social entrepreneurship programming.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners to expand mentorship, learning opportunities, and student engagement.
  • Oversee C-SEED communications and outreach efforts, including coordination of social media and promotion of student success stories, in collaboration with the college communication plan.

  • Experience working with undergraduate students in program coordination, advising, or mentoring roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
