Job Summary

Bern's Steak House Harry Waugh Dessert room is seeking dedicated, detail oriented and professional candidates for an entry level position in a high-volume restaurant. We will provide you with the tools to learn, grow, and become a confident and knowledgeable asset in any professional setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle high volumes of guests needs in an organized, efficient and professional manner
• Input accurate reservations and guest requests into a digital reservation system
• Answer guest questions regarding our menu, history, policies and procedures
• Communicate messages and special requests to teammates in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to exude a welcoming and friendly demeanor through all circumstances
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance at all times
• Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to work independently while still contributing to overall goals of the team
• Must be able to work with your hands, stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time
