Berner Law Group, PLLC is expanding due to sustained client demand and is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our practice.
We are a structured, litigation-capable family law firm serving Snohomish County and surrounding communities. This role is designed for a professional who is comfortable managing active family law matters in a billable-hour environment and who takes pride in producing high-quality, organized work.
You will work directly with attorneys handling complex family law cases from initiation through resolution.
Responsibilities include:
• Drafting pleadings, declarations, and discovery
• Managing court filings and deadlines
• Direct client communication
• Maintaining organized case files
• Accurate and contemporaneous time entry
• Recent family law paralegal experience
• Strong drafting ability
• Familiarity with Washington family law procedures
• Comfort in a billable-hour setting
• High attention to detail and case organization
• Competitive salary ($90,000–$105,000 DOE)
• $5,000 retention bonus after 6 months
