Location: East Providence, RI
Salary: Starting at $40,000 to $50,000, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
Key Responsibilities:
· Read and respond to e-mails
· Package approvals for bulk orders
· Review and process approval samples
· Fill out customer forms
· Quality control on samples
· Assist customer service as needed
Job Requirements:
· Microsoft Office
· Excel
· Data entry
· PowerPoint
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Strong time management with a high sense of urgency
· Strong organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
· The ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment
· High sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
· Previous experience in the jewelry industry is preferred
