Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Service Technician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will install and service our client's products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service company systems according to drawings and SOPs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Order and replace parts as needed
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and support staff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 4 years of experience in a service-related role, preferably in the print and mail industry
- Voltmeter experience required
- Proficiency with computers and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with vision and inkjet solutions (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Valid and current passport
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Team-oriented mindset
