Custodian Position
School term hours - 2:30 pm-11:00 pm for 180 plus days (with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
Summer hours - 6:00 am-2:30 pm for 81 plus days (with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
Job Description:
- Person must be able to perform repetitive motions, including standing, walking, and bending, for up to 8 hours per day
- A person possesses good communication and time management skills
- A person should be self-motivated and task-oriented, who works well with team concepts
- Duties include but are not limited to: heavy-duty cleaning, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and disinfecting restrooms, supply facilities, dust, windows, and other duties described in our district cleaning procedure handbook
- A person should be able to mix cleaning solutions in preparation for cleaning according to instructions
- Gather trash and recyclables
- Experience is great, but not necessary; we will train
- We pair our new team members with experienced teams to train and introduce them to our style of cleaning
Salary Range:
Based on skills and experience.
