We are looking to add full-time Sales/Product Specialists to our team! **Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.**

• Position:** Automotive Sales/Product Specialist
• Location:** Chicago, IL
• Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday-Saturday (Sundays and one weekday off)
  
  

Typical Work Week

• 1 Day: 9AM - 5PM
• 2 Days: 9AM - 8PM
• 1 Day: 12PM - 8PM
• Saturdays: 8:45AM - 6PM
• Ability to Earn over $100K/Year - Includes a Base Salary!** This role is __**non-commissioned**__ , eliminating pressure for both you and the customer.

Our **Sales/Product Specialists** assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact, to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle - our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience! **No commission means no pressure for you or your customer.**

• What does a typical day look like?**
• Engaging with the customers via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase
• Completing product demonstrations
• Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customer’s trade appraisal
• Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers- price of vehicle, payments, length of loan
• Staying in contact with customers you’ve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
• **Bilingual in Spanish, preferred**
