Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily landscape operations to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient use of resources, and client satisfaction. This role supports account performance by coordinating crews, equipment, and materials while maintaining safety, quality, and cost controls.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure service quality standards are met
- Inspect properties prior to service and develop action plans to address site needs
- Monitor irrigation systems and landscape conditions to address issues proactively
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of equipment and tools
- Support scheduling, staffing needs, and daily crew assignments
- Assist with employee training, performance management, and development
- Monitor job costs, materials usage, and operational efficiency
- Enforce safety standards and support a strong safety culture
Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in the landscaping or grounds maintenance industry
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple priorities
- Knowledge of landscape operations, equipment, and safety practices
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors as needed
