Job Description
Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for Journeyman / Master Certified Technicians!
Location: Oak Lawn, IL
Schedule: Full Time (5 days week)
Pay Scale: $47 per flat rate hour (BOE, ASE Certifications, and/or Training)
$10,000 sign-on bonus for top-tier certified technicians!

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on Stellantis diesel vehicles
- Deliver first-time-fix accuracy with factory-level precision
- Utilize the latest Stellantis diagnostic tools, software, and service equipment
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performance team culture
- Uphold the highest safety and quality standards in every repair
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Document all repair and maintenance work performed, including parts used and labor time
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated completion times
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous training and development
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications
- ASE Certified Master Technician (Diesel specialization strongly preferred)
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (min 3 years)
- Must be willing to submit a background screening
