Morning Grill Cook

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

About the Role: Use the flat-top grill, char broiler, and fryer to cook menu items, preparing and plating dishes quickly with proper portioning, presentation, and consistency; follow recipes, assist with additional duties, and keep up with the pace of service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare food according to meal schedules
• Learn and follow the menu, kitchen abbreviations, plating standards, and portion sizes
• Follow standard recipes and accommodate special diet orders
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and food production guidelines
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• Perform established temperature checks

Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience with kitchen equipment and basic cooking skills
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and memorize quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and reliable
• Breakfast experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Grill experience is preferred.

Job Type

• Full-time or part-time (typically 25–30 hours per week)
• No Sunday shifts
• Rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• On-the-job training provided
