Gymnastics Program Director

Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises the operation of the gym program in accordance with all policies & procedures
• Oversees the work activities of all gym staff; schedules staff to adequately cover all gym needs
• Hires, trains, and evaluates new gym employees
• Reports to other executives or to the owner directly.
• Monitors and addresses all concerns/complaints to ensure positive customer service
• Motivates workers through incentives and positive feedback.
• Works with Admin and Accounting to follow prepared budget guidelines
• Authorizes all expenditures for gym
• Prepares reports for management as requested
• Successfully markets Berlin Activities Depot to the local community and promotes all programs, events, and activities
• Ensures workers have the resources to complete their work.
• Maintains accurate POS sales information and inventory of all items sold on site
• Responsible for daily cash drawer reconciliation and all bank deposits
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• Gymnastics Directing: 5 years (Required)
• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
• Administrative: 5 years (Required)
