About Berkshire Post Acute
We are seeking a motivated and personable External Marketer to build relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families to promote our nursing home and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and comfortable developing referral relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and community organizations.
- Promote our nursing home, rehabilitation, and care services to potential referral sources.
- Visit hospitals, medical offices, and community organizations to establish and strengthen partnerships.
- Follow up with referral sources and prospective residents/families.
- Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referrals.
- Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to support census growth.
- Represent the facility professionally and positively in the community.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, admissions, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Healthcare or nursing home experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
