for each month you work! Monitors loading and unloading of guests and
Mountain Bikes On Chair Lifts. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Must be 18 years of age or older. Start up and shut off lift as
necessary for operations. Familiarize guests with the use of the chair
lift. Observe and assist guests if they have difficulties using the
lift. Ensure that guests are using lifts properly and safely. Check lift
tickets and season passes ensuring they\'re current and valid. Load and
unload mountain bikes and other equipment. Communicate professionally
via radio and phone. Enforce restrictions (equipment, level of
functionality) when loading the lifts. Maintain loading and unloading
ramps at required specifications. Complete daily lift logs or other
required paperwork. Report lift related accidents or injuries to the
manager immediately. Report malfunction or other lift issues to
maintenance immediately. Work effectively as part of the Lift Ops team.
Assist Maintenance with trouble shooting when requested. Assist in
solutions to lift related emergencies as necessary. Reliability and
timeliness required. Arrive on time and ready for the day. Perform other
tasks as assigned by the manager. Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge,
Skills, Abilities): Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.
Willingness to follow company procedures for promoting a safe workplace.
Must pay attention to detail and value safety. Complete lift operator
training prior to working. Needs to have a friendly and fun disposition
and connect with guests and coworkers. Able to communicate clearly using
2 way radios. Core Competencies: Friendly Service: Treat people
courteously and respond in a helpful manner. Adhere to company policies
& procedures and maintain a strong work ethic. Teamwork: Interact with
team members and effectively put company goals first. Physical Demands:
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, bend,
climb, lift, reach, and pull repetitively and for extended periods. Be
mentally attentive and focused. Exercise situational awareness.
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
