CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TICKET SALES 16.00-16.25 per hour \$16.00 and

providing friendly and helpful services for guests. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Provide expert advice to guests regarding our
activities, services and products. Know all of the resort\'s products,
prices, hours and availability. Know all discounts, special pricing, or
other marketing promotions. Assist the guest with the selection and
purchase of items. Sell products & services (ticket, pass, locker,
rental, lesson, gift card). Check in rafting and zip line guests or
guests of other reserved activities. Verify accurate completion of
waivers and apply wristbands to guests. Handle guest complaints in a
professional and diplomatic way. Direct guests & visitors to the
appropriate location or staff when required. Provide other information
and assistance to guests when needed. Monitor retail: restock & maintain
inventory levels, keep space neat and clean. Assist with special events
or promotions at the resort. Act as liaison at base lodge for
emergencies or bad weather situations. Process cash, credit & gift card
transactions accurately & efficiently. Manage the till, count start cash
and prepare nightly deposit bags. Complete sales reports and accounting
forms for back office. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Skilled In
providing excellent customer service. Specialist knowledge of products
used for ski, raft, bike & other activities. Computer savvy, able to
quickly learn sales and reservation programs. Excellent interpersonal
skills, friendly and helpful disposition. Outstanding communication
skills in person and on the phone. Neat and professional appearance.
Portray a positive company image. Able to identify and perform other
tasks during non-busy times. Able to count cash and perform simple
mathematical functions. Core Competencies Communication: Communicate
ideas effectively and actively listen. Respond constructively to
other\'s ideas & work effectively under stress. Work Standards: Maintain
high standards in the quality & consistency of work. Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to stand, sit, and work
at keyboard for long periods of time. Requirements Shift Requirements:
Must be flexible, frequent weekend and holiday shifts. Prefer applicants
with sales and cashiering experience but will train the right candidate.
Age Requirements: Applicants must be at least age 18. Youth applicants
must have prior sales and cashiering experience.
