Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines using Python and SQL
Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Work with databases, data warehouses, and data lake environments
Help implement data quality checks and documentation standards
Support integration of data from various internal and external sources
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams
Contribute to debugging, testing, and optimizing data workflows
Learn and support basic tasks on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related fields
Basic understanding of Python and SQL
Knowledge of databases and ETL concepts
Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
Exposure to AWS cloud platform
Basic understanding of version control tools like Git
Knowledge of APIs, JSON, or CSV file handling
Internship or academic project in data engineering or analytics
