About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer who has recently completed a Computer Science or related degree and is eager to build modern, intelligent applications. This role is ideal for candidates with strong programming fundamentals, hands-on academic/project experience, and an interest in Full Stack Development along with AI/ML technologies.

The selected candidate will work closely with engineering and product teams to develop scalable web applications, integrate AI capabilities, and contribute to innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI experiences
• Develop APIs and backend services to support applications and AI integrations
• Work on AI/ML-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, automation tools, or predictive models
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and data teams on solution design and implementation
• Participate in debugging, testing, and optimization activities
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following engineering best practices
• Work within Agile development teams and participate in code reviews
  
  

Required Skills

Programming & Full Stack Skills

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts
• Knowledge of frontend technologies:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• React.js or Angular
• Knowledge of backend technologies:
• Java / Spring Boot
• Python
• Node.js / Express.js
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development lifecycle concepts
  

AI/ML Skills

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
• Exposure to Python libraries/frameworks such as:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Pandas
• NumPy
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted applications is a plus
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI APIs, or chatbot development preferred
• Exposure to data preprocessing, model training, or model evaluation concepts
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, research work, hackathon, or academic projects related to Full Stack Development or AI/ML
• Experience building end-to-end applications integrating AI/ML features
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or microservices architecture is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud-native or scalable application development preferred
