Job Summary
The Decoration Production Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of decorative production processes, ensuring high-quality output, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. This role manages production teams, coordinates workflows, materials, equipment, and drives continuous improvement in decoration operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily decoration production operations.
- Develop production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and team-focused work environment.
- Ensure all decorative products meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Lead, coach, develop, train, and motivate production staff.
- Allocate tasks and ensure team productivity and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes for all decorative outputs.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, durability, and aesthetic standards.
- Resolve any production defects or client complaints promptly.
- Oversee procurement and proper storage of materials such as fabrics, props, lighting elements, and decorative accessories.
- Manage inventory levels to reduce waste and avoid shortages.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement safe handling practices for tools, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct safety training and maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with design, sales, and project management teams to align production with client requirements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in production management, preferably in decoration, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of decorative production techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and inventory systems.
