Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and estimates.
- Stay updated on Ford vehicle technology and repair procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- ASE certification (preferred but not required).
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
