Demonstration Sales Team Lead - Florida

Location: Odessa, FL

We are hiring in our local area, and are looking for a team lead with sales experience with a knack for connecting with and engaging people to help us expand our team. If you can follow instructions, if you can bring products to life, you can close a deal, you can engage with people in conversation over the phone, video and in person, if you are looking to become part of a dynamic team, then WE WANT YOU!

In this role the ideal candidate must be able to:
Engage team members and customers alike
Sell. You must be able to close the deal
Travel; there may be travel involved from time to time
You can brand team members/trainees (and customers) to our company
You have a current/valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle that you can use EVERY DAY
You can pass a 10-year background check (any offenses will need to be discussed)
You are healthy, can physically stand, sit, bend, crouch, reach for long periods of time unassisted

To succeed in this role ideal candidates should have experience in/be able to:
Work your own events as a sales rep (as needed)
Direct to consumer product sales experience: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to memorize a script as it is written
Ability to bring script and products to life in a demo
Ability to break down the parts of the demo for trainees
Prepare trainees to work in the retail space of our retail partners
Able to load, wrap a pallet, utilize a pallet jack
Work FULL TIME
