Location: Bergey's Corporate Office- Souderton, PA
Pay: Starting at $26 per hour based on experience plus monthly commission
Shift: Full Time
Summary
Responsible for posting all vehicle deals and maintaining schedules associated with deal posting.
Essential Duties
- Process the posting of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales for the dealership
- Calculate salesperson commissions and maintain salesperson commission sheets
- Reconcile and maintain all accounting schedules related to vehicle deals
- Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
- Bill out all dealer trades and wholesales
- Post vehicle factory invoices & auction purchases
- Post daily bank EFT’s & occasional manufacturer reports
- Payoff floor plan units daily
- Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
- Monitor, track, & report any issues or delays promptly with the Controller
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:

- Title work experience is a bonus
- Communicate effectively and professionally with teammates and internal/external customers
- Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
- Must have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening
