What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employment Attorney position at Berger & Williams, LLP?
Founded in 1996, Berger & Williams, LLP represents employees and employers across California from our office in San Diego. We are seeking an experienced employment attorney to work on interesting and complex matters in all phases of California employment litigation in court and arbitration, as well as client counseling. We offer a base salary in the range of $175,000-$250,000 depending on experience and various bonus models designed to increase potential income.
