Service Manager

Pay & Benefits
- $32–$34/hour, paid biweekly, plus:

Location: Monroeville, PA.
Type: Full Time
Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience managing a team, and apartment or hotel experience required. HVAC experience preferred.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
