Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Manage and service a book of personal insurance accounts including auto, home, umbrella, and related coverages
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage recommendations
- Prepare quotes, applications, renewals, and policy documentation
- Review client accounts for coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
- Work directly with insurance carriers to market and place business
- Support clients through claims follow-up and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
- Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver a high level of client service
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Active New Mexico Property & Casualty license required
- 1-3 years Personal Lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Epic experience is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
