The IT Support member will be primarily responsibility for the support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Microsoft-based devices in support of our BHS Team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshooting, fixing, installing and configuring Windows workstations in domain-based networks
- Repairing corrupted files and programs, restoring systems, data backup solutions, anti-virus software
- Installation of software and configuration for desktops with an emphasis on best practices
- Managing systems tools and practices
- Managing Office 365, including support of email, SharePoint, Teams and the Microsoft Security & Compliance Center
- Setting up and configuring new workstations/laptops
- Understanding of basic network configurations and routing practices
- Compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including code of conduct and attendance policy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree in Information Technology or related field
- 1-3 years of experience supporting Windows business computer systems
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all users regardless of their technical abilities while remaining courteous
- Able to work well under pressure in critical situations or when under a deadline
- A superior troubleshooter—not only able to diagnose but to assess the essence of a client’s problem or request, understanding what they really need, not just what they asked for or described
- Able to project a positive and professional service attitude
- Skilled in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks, estimate time to complete them, and adjust priorities when necessary (be flexible)
- Able to work in a disciplined, focused manner when working inside of an office environment
- Self-organized and have multi-tasking skills
- Excellent with follow-thru. Must complete ticket entries in a timely manner and alert team of open action items. Must also communicate with end users to set clear expectations

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
