The day-to-day

You work a regular business week schedule and show up for your team when they need you. Occasionally, you may put in extra hours to meet deadlines or handle urgent issues. You will be part of an every-three weeks on-call pattern.
Much of your work involves supporting and administering applications and ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating upgrades.
You create and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions to keep operations running smoothly.
You customize screens, reports, and business rules in P21, manage user access through Azure AD, and assist with data analytics using tools like Phocas and SSRS.
You help ensure cyber security compliance by supporting IT governance and maintaining security policies.
You hold an interest and curiosity in the development and customization of business systems that you use to navigate databases, generate basic reports, and occasionally write simple code to add custom business rules and logic into our systems.
You also train users on how to leverage technology for success and identify opportunities for improvement based on feedback.
Team collaboration is maximized in person, so this position is in-office. You’ll interact with multiple departments and play a key role in keeping our technology ecosystem strong.
What you have
A strong drive to learn our systems and work autonomously while supporting the team
Experience with ERP systems (preferably EPICOR P21) and related applications
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and present technical information clearly
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and reporting tools
Understanding of cyber security principles and IT governance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner consistent with our Core Values
