Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Londonderry, NH (Onsite)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 Days → Potential Full-Time)
What You’ll Do
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Fill hoppers and support smooth production flow.
- Keep accurate records of production activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow safety and GMP procedures.
- Work closely with your team and supervisors to keep production on track.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand during your shift.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Basic computer skills for training.
- Must have steel-toe or composite shoes/boots.
Bonus if you’ve worked in bottling/packaging (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, etc.).
