Essential Functions Of The Job

• Support algorithm development to model future resource demand for various roles within clinical development
• Support continuous improvement of resource algorithms to be used in forecasting.
• Support the creation of innovative dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for measuring forecast accuracy
• Support and develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve resource planning
• Explore how AI can be leveraged within the context of Resource Management
• Portfolio Resource Demand Reporting: prepare high quality reports and presentations
  
  

Education/Experience Required

• 10 years if experience in clinical development/research operations
• Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, business, or
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SQL preferred
• Advanced Excel calculations or experience with other analytical tools
• Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)/
• Fundamental understanding of drug development lifecycle
• Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and modeling.
• Significant experience in forecasting, modeling, and analytics within Clinical Development setting (20 yrs experience would be considered, in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree)
  
  

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $53.57/hour - $71.43/hour
