The Benton County is seeking a Health Center Site Manager to join the team!
JOB SUMMARYThe Health Center Manager (HCM) is responsible for the comprehensive operational leadership, coordination, and performance of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) primary care services delivered within the Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties. Under the direction of Health Center leadership, this role ensures the effective delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and compliant primary care services. The HCM leads complex, multi-disciplinary operations including medical, nursing, and ancillary services, and is accountable for aligning site performance with organizational priorities, regulatory standards, and community needs.
This position requires adaptive and responsive operational, financial, and people leadership skills to manage competing priorities, optimize workflows, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive continuous quality improvement. The HCM serves as the primary operational leader at assigned sites and acts as a key liaison between clinical teams, administrative functions, county departments, and community partners. The HCM is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, and lead through ambiguity, change, and growth.

- Annual salary range of:
- $80,012 to $109,107
- This position is eligible for up to two salary raises within your first year. An Increase may be given at the end of the 6-month probationary period, depending on starting salary, and at the 1-year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Annual performance-based increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to area of assignment; and
- 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in area of assignment, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Please note candidates must have at least six months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of operational expertise, adaptive leadership, and a strong commitment to high-quality safety-net service provision. They will demonstrate:
- Experience leading operations in a complex healthcare environment, such as a multi-site clinic system, FQHC, or safety-net setting
Proven ability to manage interdisciplinary teams, including medical, nursing, and administrative staff, while fostering accountability and engagement - Strong operational and financial acumen, including experience with budget management, productivity optimization, and performance improvement
- Knowledge of and experience with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., HRSA, PCPCH, Joint Commission, or similar)
- Ability to lead through change and ambiguity, including supporting team transitions, growth, or system improvements
- Experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clinical leaders, community partners, and internal stakeholders
- A commitment to high-quality patient-centered care, and community-based service delivery
