Position Overview:We are seeking a Worship Leader who loves Jesus, loves people, and desires to lead others into heartfelt, Christ-centered worship. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal walk with the Lord, musical skill, and a humble spirit of service. This person will help shape the worship culture of our young church and collaborate closely with the pastoral team to create meaningful Sunday worship experiences.
Responsibilities:- Lead worship weekly with authenticity, excellence, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
- Recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteer musicians and vocalists.
- Plan and coordinate worship sets that align with sermon themes and church vision.
- Oversee sound, media, and tech needs for worship gatherings.
- Foster a culture of prayer, unity, and excellence among the worship team.
- Assist with special services and events as needed (e.g., holidays, outreach).
- A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to God’s Word.
- Experience leading contemporary worship (vocally and instrumentally preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of volunteers.
- Familiarity with modern worship music and traditional hymns.
- Humility, flexibility, and a heart for ministry.
