ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD CHURCH
The Neighborhood Church is a 14-year-old church plant that began with 23 faithful people and has grown into a vibrant community of approximately 150 people worshiping in person and online each week.
Located in Bentonville, Arkansas, TNC is an innovative, community-minded congregation with a contemporary worship style led by a full house band, blending modern worship music with traditional hymns and liturgical elements. We are part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and are passionate about exploring new ways to be the Church and serve our community.
We are a church that is continuing to grow, change, and discover what God is calling us to become. We value leaders who embrace that growth with flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to learn and adapt. A growth mindset is important at TNC—not simply in growing the size of our church, but in continually growing our ministries, developing people, strengthening our community, and finding new ways to share the love of Jesus.
