Job Title: Customer Support Mail & Scanning Associate (Part-Time, Onsite)
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite – 1 day per week)
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our Customer Support (CS) operations by managing incoming mail and assisting with basic customer communications at our Boston office. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable handling both administrative and light customer-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit the Boston office once per week to collect incoming mail
- Collect and review claims in person weekly at the Boston office
- Scan claims and other documents and upload to the appropriate internal systems
- Assist with responding to customer support emails
- Answer and route incoming phone calls as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers via email and phone
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic proficiency with scanning equipment and digital file management
- Reliable and consistent availability for weekly onsite visits
- Prior administrative or customer support experience is a plus
Schedule:
- Approximately 6 hours per week (onsite)
- Flexible day, with preference for consistency week over week
Compensation:
- Hourly rate (based on experience)
