Bently Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and professional Ranch Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Ranch Office in Minden, Nevada. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Ranch General Manager and Operations Manager.
- Greet visitors and professionally answer and direct incoming calls.
- Perform data entry, filing, document management, and general office administration.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate deliveries.
- Assist with purchasing activities, purchase orders, bid requests, and vendor communications.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, insurance certificates, and project records.
- Support accounting functions through fuel and mileage tracking, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain inventories of office supplies and merchandise.
- Process company cash receipts, maintain daily cash drawer balances, and prepare deposits.
- Assist with dispatching company trucks and equipment.
- Serve as backup Weigh Master, including ticket review, entry, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate operational records and company files.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under the Company's insurance program.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience.
- One (1) year of cash handling experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, email, and internet-based systems.
Preferred
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Dropbox, purchasing support, bookkeeping, or operational administration.
Physical & Work Environment
This position works in both office and ranch environments. Duties include extensive computer use, filing, data entry, customer interaction, walking throughout the facility, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
