We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Golf Cart retail dealership. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and scheduling.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and service team to achieve performance goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service before and after the sale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of golf carts, parts, and accessories.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Oversee service department workflow and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events.
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or dealership management experience preferred.
- Sales leadership experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
